I will tell you what it is. I see this phenomena all across all ethnic groups. They want to be on what they consider to be the winning team. If that means pandering to the ethnic group they consider to be their betters while talking down about their own group, then they are willing to do that. Sometimes WS also encourage these acts by telling them they are one of the good ones, or by giving them crumbs (i.e. what is called butter biscuits these days). It leads to actual benefits, but those benefits can easily be taken away once their usefulness is at an end.
All ethnic groups have people like this, and truthfully people like this are socially and politically dangerous to their ethnic group. These are the ones that will sell the rest of us out in hopes of being treated better by their oppressors. The solution to people like him is to label and ostracize them. Make sure they are not welcomed back to the fold after they are used up, since we know that WS always break their tools once they are no longer useful. They can never truly be trusted, because their internal self-hatred will always leave open the possibility of them being willing to sell everyone out if given the chance again.
