Any of you brehs have that documentary on the 86 celtics that was on csnne? I'm not from new england and don't have that channel.

Anyway, I'm curious to see if any of the young guys improved. A lot of them have been training all summer in boston instead of going to their home towns.

Kind of reminded me of the Garnett teams where the starters would dominate and build huge leads

Rozier seemed to start off a little slow but him smart and brown looked really good

Smart needs to step up this year. Period. He can play incredible defense but this is the season he should put it together and make a run at Most Improved Player.

I like what I'm seeing out of Brown.

Having Horford really spreads the floor with the rest of the first unit. The ball movement was nice. The second unit plays too much one on one. I also don't like seeing Zeller and Jerebko take so many bad shots. I don't like when we don't score on a few possessions and we continue to settle for bullshyt jump shots. Let's post someone up, get a pick and roll, try to break down the defense and maybe draw a foul. A couple guys need to learn to contribute in more ways than one. Like Hunter, Mickey, and Young. Young played good, but if him and Hunter don't knock down shots they don't do much else. I thought Mickey was supposed to be a good defender but he's just meh.

"As he predicted, Crowder was the beneficiary of several open looks on Tuesday night and he made the Sixers pay for them, going 3-of-6 overall from beyond the arc while showcasing a quicker release. If he can sustain that kind of improvement from his 33.6 percent 3-point shooting from last season, Boston’s offense has the potential to jump higher into the league’s top 10."
