So what does being a magician have to do with the plot? Does he have magic powers? He did move the chair...I'm really confused...looks good though.

From what I can tell he has an actual ability (telekinesis, maybe more) but just pretends he's a street magician and they're tricks. He then becomes involved in some shyt and has to enhance his abilities to get out.

I hope it does well. Especially since its only competition is that awful How To Be A Latin Lover and The Circle.

Then again it's on limited release.
