Because that's the end all be all of their "activism." I call dudes out for it all the time. As I've stated in numerous threads, they're facebook freedom fighters and armchair activists. These are the same dudes who say MLK is a c00n and Garvey is a coward as they type safely behind their keyboards and the anonymity of a screen name.
I never said they're trying to avoid it. To them, "calling out" WSHH is them fighting white supremacy. It's no different than all of these dudes on here screaming "What black people need to do is start more businesses" but not a single one of those cats have ever employed a black person.
It's not a conspiracy because black people are the ones doing it. WSHH videos isn't propaganda manufactured by whites. WSHH is dumb nikkas doing dumb nikka shyt because it gives them attention.
There's real propaganda out there. This isn't one of them.
keyboard freedom fighters serve a purpose as we live in a digital age where information is disseminated digitally. If there are people online calling out white supremacy and making other Black people aware of it, then they are serving a good purpose for the betterment of Black people collectively, even if their activism starts and ends online. Everyone isn't built to be in the field actively fighting in the streets, and we're in such bad shape as a group that we're in no position to complain about how big or little someone's efforts are if they're making an effort and whether you'd like to acknowledge it or not, "facebook freedom fighters" and "armchair activists" are helping some of our brothers and sisters who have no awareness of the situation we're faced with, and might even inspire them to become active in helping improve our condition.
Yes, Black people are the ones exhibiting the symptoms of their dysfunctionalities and other Black people film them while they're doing it. The problem is that another Black male has created a platform that attracts these kinds of sick videos, and gives the uploaders publicity for uploading violent, destructive videos featuring members of the Black community at their worst. Getting a video on worldstar isn't as simple as capturing a fight and uploading it to worldstar, every video that's featured on the website has been personally approved by someone, which means, someone who works for worldstar, knows exactly how poisonous and vile these videos are long before they're made available for the masses to consume.
Q can EASILY make the decision at this very second, to no longer allow any of these types of videos on worldstar, of course that won't stop the videos from being made, but the people filming them will have one less platform to spread this madness to. Q has yet to stop accepting these videos and giving "dumb nikkas" the attention that they desire, therefore Q is complicit and just as guilty in spreading poison as the person holding the cameraphone screaming "Worldstar".
