we dont have this shyt in the bay area but i've been to this bytch up in some backwoods ass cities near sacramento and cosign 100%
do they only build these winco shyts in small town type of places? ive never seen them in big cities. fukk trader joes, winco got shyt for dumbass cheap, and a huge selection of shyt too. they literally have everything

No, they don't just build them in small towns, they just haven't expanded super far. They are still a fairly small company based in Idaho and their focus is the Northwest but I think they have some new ones popping up as far as Texas if I remember correctly.

I'm sure that their location choices also have a lot to do with local farming since they do a lot of direct buying to keep produce and meat cheap. And their bulk food section is just amazing, cheapest prices on things like nuts, seeds, and grains I have ever seen so access to those items would probably be a big issue for them.

Seriously, I see people from other areas name dropping their favorite spot and I have lived in enough places that I have visited most of these chains that people love. Nothing comes close to Winco. And to top it off, they pay their employees higher than similar retailers and give them benefits way better than similar retailers.

Only drawback is they don't take credit cards (debit is ok), so if you don't have money in your bank account you can't go.

There are people (myself included) that would call them arguably the best retailer in the United States, not just the best grocery store

The store nearest to me even has live beehives in it where you can drain out fresh honey directly from the nest
