My personal favorite from him was Vanilla Sky. Collateral would be the consensus for most people.
Tom has a pretty legendary career and catologue...pretty good for a guy who's not that good of an actor other than being the charismatic cool guy

This might be a reach, but I really enjoyed Jack Reacher. It might be my favorite movie from him with Minority Report being #2 and Edge of Tomorrow being #3.
