Wilder: Joshua fight will be done with 50-50 split
Wilder camp been insistent on 50/50 or no fight...
@ 50/50 being unreasonable...So where have they offered AJ 50/50 in that article? Thats an unreasonable demand, everyone pretty much would agree 50/50 isnt feasible. . Unless the PPV numbers from saturday come in >500k or something.
Wilder doesnt bring in the revenue that AJ does, its that simple. Anyway the last thing was Wilder camp rejected the $80million to fight 2x AJ + $20million to fight Breazele (only to fight him on saturday for <$10milly . .). Previous to that, they offered the $50milly AJ wanted, but then couldnt come up with the funds/contract when requested . . .
his american accent is killing me, lol
@ 50/50 being unreasonable...
Neither one of these dudes doing numbers in the biggest market (USA) to warrant either guy demanding more than 55/45...
Yea Joshua is a bigger draw...in London...
What's unreasonable is asking someone to accept 100 million for THREE fights knowing full well one of those fights alone will generate half a billion in revenue...
Lol to say AJ is ducking is ridiculous, they have offered the fight numerous times and Wilder never signed, last offer Wilder said he rejected was for 120 million.
The fight will make more in London than it would in the States, Wilders isnt known like that over there while everyone here knows AJ and he sells out 90k seater on a regs. It would seem smart to have the fight there because of the market size but shortsighted considering the hometown hero is barely known, while the other guy literally has a nation behind him and has the numbers to prove.@ 50/50 being unreasonable...
