Mania 35
Main event options
Daniel Bryan vs Roman
Daniel vs AJ
Daniel vs Nakamura
Level 2
Cena vs HHH loser retires
Cena vs Braun if Cena loses he retires
The Young Bucks with Kenny Omega and Cody vs Finn and AJ with Anderson and Gallows.
These matches would draw big.

I mean, they could focus on building multiple stars with fresh rivalries and compelling storylines, but this is WWE so that's out of the question.

but no one checking for rivalries from wrasslers that look like they should be bagging your groceries, that's the difference

The full timers of today will be the part timers of tomorrow

I doubt any of the current crop of guys will be in demand 10-20 years from now.

Our kids will not live to see an HBO documentary about Roman Reigns, or a 30 for 30 on Dean Ambrose. It doesn’t look like there any future legends in the making right now... and unless WWE is sold to someone else... that probably isn’t going to change anytime soon.

Cena, Bryan, and if CM punk can actually win a match in UFC he might decide to come back on a part time schedule after regaining some respect.

Cena will likely have a long hollywood hiatus to return every now and then

but yeah normally in leagues you get new stars...when I grew up there was Marino Elway Young Deion..then that became Manning, Brees, Brady.... In NBA same thing it was Jordan, Malone, Barkley to Shaq Kobe to Lebron, Durant ...etc just naming people off the top of my head i'm sure I missed significant names

but the main point is you don't see this same thing happening in wrestling unless the younger kids really adore a lot of these new guys and we just don't see it

Going from Hogan, Savage, Warrior...we went to Bret, Shawn, Taker, then to Austin Rock....and to a lesser degree Cena, Brock, Orton...but that whole CM Punk Bryan era...well Vince and WWE practically squandered it and that's why we feel like the tank is empty...we are talking around 6-8 years of WWE not really building the next star or ignoring them for people like Roman Reigns who got ruined cuz they did't let him grow organically

Breh lol Andre is a myth

People who came last decade already part time

Cena,DB,Kane,Gold dust,Randy Orton, and some others

Stars of the past were helped by leaps in technology and expansion

Wrestling may never be how it was but the path it's on now will keep it from dying

Cena and HHH will be back next year. They might be building to Cena vs Taker next year. Rock may have another match in the next 3 or 4 years.

After this year there really aren't any more relevant part timers and legends to exploit.

- Goldberg, Angle, Sting... they've all wrestled. The novelty and anticipation of getting to see those guys again is gone.

- Austin can't go anymore, The Rock is making movies.

- Undertaker is flabby and sick and likely retiring this year or very close to it.

- Brock is probably going to UFC but even if he stays he's shown to be a near non-factor.

- HHH is even more of a non-factor than Brock.

I don't think the fans really care about anyone else. :yeshrug:

What in GOD's name could they do to hype up next year's Mania??? What's going to make it different from every other show?? :patrice:

You gotta think it's only gonna get harder from here on out. :patrice:
Rock vs Roman reigns will happen one day.
