lol I dabbled in some of this music as a young 9th grader, as well as the more indie emo genre...It's very dramatic and some of it has a cinematic quality, but usually over the top and too grandiose for it's own good. Girl I was with when I was 19 loved Three Days Grace, she wasn't white, native indian she would lose it when she was drunk, if I walked in the house and heard 'I Hate Everything About You'..there would be an incident involving violence, mutual combat.
