I personally think the Heat should trade for Melo. That's especially true if the Thunder sign PG. Package TJ/James Johnson/maybe resign Ellington and send them to the thunder expering contracts. This makes the Thunder a way better team.

Maybe trade Whiteside and let Bam start too. This team is currently behind. Treadmill teams never prosper.

Yea i would take that cause melo is an expiring and even tho he is trash status playing with wade in the east should at least make him look like a decent role player and get in better shape. Some pick and pop plays for melo would give us some type of scoring.

Do the thunder have a 1st round pick? GS running the league for the next 2-3 years so might as well get under the luxury tax unless bron coming back

To be fair when he traded those picks for Dragic he thought he had a healthy Bosh and Wade to pair with Dragic and the plan was to keep us in contention with these core 3. Then Wade bolted and Bosh got sick.
But to your point, 's not like Riley has ever given a fukk about draft picks either
I'd be fine if we could get a late 1st rounder and a trade exemption for Whiteside. But with Whiteside being the baby that he is killing his own trade value with every IG post I dont see how anyone gives us anything at all for him
