:wow:
I want to know who their top 6 was now.

I didn't need to hear this?

:francis:
I dont think most people saw this coming with Mitchell, tho.:manny:
My only surprise is that thet Had Bam as high as 7th. I dont watch college sports so i dont know how good any of these guys are but most experts said the only big surprise was the Knicks taking Frank Ntilikina at 8. Other than that they mostly went in the projected order outside of Collins falling way to 19th

3. Boston Celtics: Jayson Tatum, F, Duke
4. Phoenix Suns: Josh Jackson, G/F, Kansas
5. Sacramento Kings: De’Aaron Fox, PG, Kentucky

It's just like how in 2003 the Heat said they had Wade ranked higher than Melo when the whole world had LeBron and Melo 1,2. Heat had LeBron 1, Bosh 2 Wade 3, Melo 4, TJ Ford 5, and Kaman 6

Truth. Mitchell may have that Wade trajectory. Melo was supposed to be LeBrons rival while Wade was supposed to be a decent all star guard. But wade ended up being the consensus 2nd best player in that draft and catapulted his name to stardom and HOF potential in only year 3. Mitchell might have that same trajectory.

Word on the street this gonna happen :Pacc2:
I think Riley is gonna have a fire sale and see who wants what from this roster and let the youngins play it out. There is no quick fix here. LeBron isnt coming here because this roster is not much better than what he has in CLE right now.
Look at it this way
  • Knucklehead ass Whiteside has put us in a position where we'd have to bed anyone to take him with his attitude and declining health/game and contract
  • We may be stuck with Dion for the forseable future. Our only hope is that he comes back balling and ups his value in the process
  • Dragic's deal might be the most desirable and movable deal on this roster right now.
  • I am totally opposed to resigning Ellington. He's out of our range in terms of budget/cap room.
  • Let's face it breh we are stuck with TJ. Just swallow the pill for 2 more years
If we own our 2019 pick this may be the right year to tank for all you tank fans.

You have valid points but i disagree with the sentiment this team isn't much better than the cavs, we were a 6th without Lebron (wade did contribute coming back) and having Lebron on this roster minus a couple pieces for financial reasons, we can be a beast of a squad.

I mean that in terms if him having a star with him. We dont have that guy. We have a bunch of role players getting opportunities to shine and showcase their skills. Many of our rotation guys wouldnt see those kind of minutes elsewhere. But yes if you remove LeBron from the Cavs we're better than them as is
