I like the chicken feet, yet have only had them prepared in Chinese dim sum or in Vietnam marinated and grilled as a street food. They are eaten similarly to chicken wings (accompanying some beer drinking). I find them better that way as they aren’t quite as soft as the dim sum preparation and have a better texture to me

Do they eat chicken feet in the states? I know the Jamaicans loves them some chicken foot soup
I guess it depends on the region/background. But I spend a lot of time in Toronto so I have a lot of exposure to Jamaican food. I will say the first time I had it was a bit…uncomfortable, but I’ve gotten used to it and enjoy it.

That's probably good shyt on a chilly day. I don't mind "reject meats" like tripe, gizzards, tendons, etc. Thai and Viet food use alot of it and thats some of my favorite cuisine.

Homemade broth and stock is cool I can do without the feet that shyt ain’t boujee
