The Beyonder was the GOD of that blank space. The One Above All of a universe that dwarfed the MU. He hadn't gotten around to creating anything yet.

They retconed him from being that (was only stopped because he tried to put all his power in a human mortal body and Silver Surfer+molecule man murked him while he was still a n infant

to being an incomplete cosmic cube and getting beaten up by Hyperstorm and Molecule Man in the same story

to being- actually. that Thanos story was pretty cool.

But that lame shyt Bendis did....

I hate Bendis with a passion.
