This season has been the best to me
First couple of seasons I lost interest and had to go back and finsh the season before the new one started but this season has been entertaining as hell

Great Episode.
As a parent, I have to completely disagree with the choices Fiona made and I actually think she is somewhat selfish. She's taking care of those kids not out of love but out of fear of being alone and realizing that while she did what she had to do during Franks drug fueled episodes that she has worked well beneath her potential and has no more excuses for it.
She should have told Liam and Carl to stay with those gay parents. They were clearly well off and could have provided those two with a life she couldn't even come close to and they could have visited her pretty much at their leisure.
This would have given Lip no excuses to do dumb shyt to 'support' his fam and would have forced him to finish school and go to college, or at least reexamine his self destructive lifestyle.
The only kids that were in really bad situations were Debbie and Ian who isn't quite old enough to be on his own and the Black Chick and her boyfriend would have happily took those tho kids in, they're fairly low maintenance.
She has doomed those kids and herself. If I were Jimmy I would walk away, dude has thrown himself on the sword for a woman who at best is her 8 or 9th priority, he should have disappeared after she belittle his issues he had with has dad pickling sausages.

I agree with everything you said except one thing. They made it clear that the black chick and Kevin aren't eligible to adopt any more kids since the last chick they had ran away.
This show is unrealistic as fukk, but its entertaining.

But he needed emotional support at that moment, even a there, there, especially when dude is supporting the fam as heavily as he was, while supporting Fiona physical and emotional and monetary needs almost without question. I'm sorry but I think she was being disrespectful especially when he acted against his own best interests in multiple situations. Clearly he was feeling some kinda way about it. Even in you're 20's your parents splitting up for whatever reason is a major event.
oh don't get me wrong she most deff was wrong in the way she treated steve and they would have to work that shyt out. But with the shyt they were going through if he wants to be with her he has to be stronger then her sometimes and at that moment that where he had to step up. Also it is not like when he met Fiona and she was some supportive chick when it came to emotions. But she was willing to put up with his bullshyt even if she was not good at it.
