Is There a Year Where Either Starrcade Or Bound For Glory were better than Wrestlemania?

Looking back, most Starrcades werent that good, and I'm a big WCW fan. WCWs prime of 96-98 didnt have any really great Starrcade PPVS imo. Starrcade was probably only better 2 or 3 times. Bischoff has said on his podcast that he really treated Hallowee Havoc like the #1 PPV, and looking back it makes sense. There are like 5 or 6 Halloween Havocs that I consider great PPVs.

Most years when TNA was good, WM was still pretty good even if WWE as a whole wasn't, so there's probably only one or two years where BFG was better also.

one reason why Starrcade didnt feel big because i dont think they ever went into a Stadium to make it feel bigger than the other ppvs

They put on big time matches at all their ppvs during the nWo atleast big named star matches.
