Tazz's run in WWF was shyt because Vince didn't want to push an undersized ECW guy. He got a huge pop when he debut and beat Kurt Angle then all of a sudden nothing. Ric Flair's first WWF run was the same even though they gave him the belt twice in the cheeziest of ways he was gone soon after. The same with Curt Hennig and Ric Rude. So I wouldn't sat these guys were nothing outside of one promotion but weren't used right in some cases.

I wouldn't put Rusev on this list just because he was shat upon by WWE after they had hyped him up like he got next and he was coming to AEW off of one of the worst burial angles that a dude could have been subjected to. So I'm still giving him a wait and see period in AEW.

Going back to ECW alumni, I would say Shane Douglas would be the perfect example of a guy being "The Man" in one promotion and then being a nobody in WWE.
