Why is that automatically checked? A majority of the time I'm replying to the thread starter, I don't feel the need to quote him/her. Can I change this in my settings and I just can't find it? It's annoying to have to make an extra click every time I reply. Does anyone else feel me on this or am I being petty?

mine is automatically checked too....for example, right now, when I hit "post quick reply", it's gonna quote some random post in this thread. I dont even know which one....

It's annoying, I have to uncheck the box before every post I make on here.
