Is there a portable device that plays ROMs that's not a phone?

I even got a SNES mini.

Is there any portable device I can use to run emulators and play ROMs?

Yea.. Plug to your comp and add the specific type of Roms to the right folders like it was a usb

She's roms to a specific folder.. Sega to its own folder.. Etc..
