Chuck was washed but he had worked himself into really great shape for that fight. He was coming off losses to two of the best fighters in the division(Rashad, Shogun) so there was a notion he was done as a title challenger but it wasnt in concrete that he was done period. Rich had no buzz atall and its not so much that Rich beat him, whats embarrassing is he knocked him out with a broken arm

At the time Frankie first fought BJ, BJ was coming off absolutely destroying Diego Sanchez, who isnt a great fighter but people still respected him. BJ looked like he might be the best BJ yet going into that fight with Frankie, I dont remember the numbers but Frankie was HUGE underdog. he had beaten guys like Sean Sherk and Matt Veach to get that title shot and he absolutely put a masterclass on BJ and then BJ talked shyt and Frankie beat him even worse
we know who Frankie is now so its not as embarrassing but at the time that shyt was embarrassing as hell

Meh, styles make fights. Wandy was always all about pressure and aggression, and that plays right into Leben's style. It's not like he ever had some elite defense or striking ability. The nikka just winged haymakers and knees...

This is more personal then embarassing, but it really sucked when Rampage lost to Forrest. He basically got a title shot off of subbing a kneeless Shogun and leg kicking a fukking can(coming off getting smashed by Jardine and crying like a bytch) I just knew Rampage was going to knock his top off and he almost did in the first. But then he just got leg kicked to death and Rampage couldn't put any power in his punches. It sucked

I had it either a draw or close Rampage win because even tho he was getting outstruck badly, his counters still hurt and he came close to finishing him a few times. That was the end for Rampage too. Even tho he got revenge on Wandy, he never did anything after that
