I’m trying to track what all this griping is about. Seems like some liberals are expecting everyone to go into hibernation for 2 years and ignore Republicans. It’s pretty normal to try outreach. the government are charged with the care of prisoners so it doesn't phase me when they say thats the care they're receiving. if this person was free they'd be perusing that same healthcare. the government is footing the bill for all sorts of expensive treatments relating to prisoner care, much more expensive than the services trangender patients receive.
theres no argument for taking charge of an individual and then denying them healthcare, that would literally be cruel and unusual punishment.

Too many dems at the top are one foot in with the republicans so them not liking all the new dems who align more with progressives has them acting crazy. I am sure a lot of them will abandon ship eventually and sign up with republicans. Just waiting for Trump to be out. Just look at Fetterman for example. He's slowly making that transition.
