Idk if he's a plant but at a minimum he has some very important people backing him. You can't be getting in shootouts and banging blood that openly in NY for over a year without them boys or other goons in the city touching you unless the "higher ups" are protecting you. They got Bobby and Rowdy out of here in like 4 months.

Good point but Bobby was selfsnitching and drysnitching on Hot Nggia

He wasn't gangbanging a few years ago, he was a hypebeast back then. And Rowdy and Bobby had dirt on them with cases built against their crew for years, whereas Tekashi is all media fukkery.

Thats exactly what it is. Bobby and Rowdy were really out there. 69 was in high scholl a few years ago, hes a super troll. BUT the barclay shyt definitely got eyes put on him. So if hes involved with more shyt like that he might be screwed. I agree, they will eventually come for him.

the company him and trippy on is owned by some big shot. name escapes me now but he def is a top dawg and they keeping it on the low on purpose. one of the successful formulas is the artist appearing indie but still blowing up. like what mac miller did

It’s lucian grainge‘s son and his label isn’t good. Just signs shyt based on hype and prays. Never really pushes anything to radio which is why Tekashi charts fir like a week then disappears. Lucian’s son is making a killing off streams though. No conspiracy bs with this.

im not with the 69 hate, but let's be honest he was a nobody when he got a Pierre beat right off the back of Magnolia. so obviously he's planted. every rapper you love that came out from 2009 forward are all plants btw. drake, asap, kendrick, etc well the ones that get continuous money funding them, the real organic artists are the 1 hit wonders, like... juju on the beat type shyt

Don't be surprised if they take him down sometime down the road though. Then your claim would just seem meaningless... The indictments are never just about the rapper though but the whole crew. If they wanted to take down the whole set, they will.
His treyway blood gang got in two fuking shootouts tho

One in broad day and at fuking stadium before the shoot out his toy soldier shot inside the building in Minnesota(?)

He was making music back then too. I think I known bout him since like 2014 at the very minimum, but he wasn't on any gangbangin shyt. Just dressing up like a hypebeast fakkit. I actually started liking him after his recent turn, the way he finesses people with the fukkery is entertaining. Made nikkas like YG and The Game fall back and take their defeat and shut up.

Those are all being used to build up a case, if anything. But they're not going to go after him now unless you saying Casanova should file charges.

Pac never pay to be part of a gang weirdo

You clutching at straws. He wasn't a member, but he had LA gangstas around him purely because he was a famous rapper. Why else would they hang out with him?

I don't agree with the 2009 timeline or Tekashi, but I agree with you about the other names. I wouldn't so much call them "plants" but heavily industry backed. They're basically products of the pop star formula but applied to rap. Plants to me are people getting uber pushes to awards or placements they shouldn't even be getting, or the false impression of being independent when they are nothing of the sort. Basically rappers who are "planted" in these spots.

If Tekashi was collabing with big names, he could arguably be a plant. But take Tekashi's label and industry management out, he could be doing the same old fukkery and gotten the same attention. He already got Wakademiks in his pocket, that's all he needs. And the fukkery gets publicity anyways. You got nikkas like The Game and YG trying to butt in just to get a piece of the attention.

Label head is Elliot Grainge son of Lucian Grainge (CEO of Universal)

Very "indie"
