That's probably what makes her more relatable to be honest. The average person ain't a musical genius either.

A lot of people today are low key tired of people with a ton of talent, dipped in riches but with zero connection to the people and their fanbase.
Especially with all the problems today some of these celebrities are straight up tone deaf to people's struggles while they rub their success in people's faces trying to call it "inspiring".

I think a lot of her fanbase feels she's just more authentic to who she is to be honest. 100% the girl next door energy and never really sold out without making it apparent that's what she's doing,. Even then she'll make fun of herself and not take herself too seriously. Last person we really saw with that vibe was Brandy I think and she was doing great until the accident unfortunately. They just make it easier to cheer for them because they're not stuck in their ivory towers.

I'll say though, she additionally knows how to make a very catchy song and that's the talent they can market (similar to how Brandy can sing like a bird). Just my perspective.

Hasn't bothered me. Seems real smart on the NFL's part and almost seems coordinated. She happens to have a movie coming out soon. Does the largest pop star in the world need the NFL to advertise her film? No of course not. If anything she's offering more to the NFL than vise versa, given the insane increase in women watching these games. Maybe it's a buildup to a Super Bowl halftime show in 2025.
