I would love to see a female head coach in the NBA though, just to hear the Tommy Heinsohn commentary when she coaches against the Celtics.

This is it in a nutshell. A women won't have what it takes to inspire men or know what to say to motivate them(to play inspired B-Ball that is). Also, she would have to put up with me intentionally talking to her with my dikk and balls out in the locker room on the daily.

She aint gon be built for all that. They trying they best to put women on the same level as men I see

Although Thibodeau sounds like a boss, I think he made some critical coaching errors last year with D-Rose and how he utilizes Boozer. With that being said, I'll still take him yelling at me as opposed to a female coach, unless its Megan Good or Sanaa or something similiar.

She would likely have to really put in her dues and gain respect from a ball club's players and organization for her work behind the scenes and knowledge of the game. It could end up taking her YEARS before she even gets an assistant coach opportunity. I would love to see it happen though. Great read.
