Does anyone else think the rising popularity and acceptance of "pill popping" among hip hop fans and young black people nowadays could possible lead to another drug epidemic in the community. it seems eerily similar to the disco and other popular black music scenes back in the 70's which popularized cocaine and hard drug use among blacks which eventually lead to crack. maybe not all the precursors for the crack epidemic exist today but it's surely something to watch out for.
