If you've seen the issues that tall people ( relatively, not NBA tall) have with many things that are designed to accommodate the largest percentage of people... there is no way that someone like Kevin Durant is going to be able to perform at his highest levels sleeping on some shyt that was not intended for someone with his dimensions.

What's crazier, is that we don't see that many kids from Olympians with other Olympians...despite the fact we know they're all smashing in the village.

Having those type of accomodations is the norm for alot of those other sports they don't make money like that beyond a personal sponsorship, they basically live like a AAU team

And like other people said most NBA players need custom sized everything + alot of them brought family and kids
