No because Cena hasn't been around long enough to call it a dream match. If he was a major part of the Monday Night Wars then it would be a chance but even the Connecticut Cripple wasn't considered a dream match. The top 5 dream opponents for Sting would be Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, HulKKK Hogan, Bret Hart, & MAYBE the Ultimate Warrior if he had a longer career. 2 of those happened in WCW (underwhelmingly) though.
