Amazon got some good ass original shows. Sneaky Pete is piff. Plus all the other shows you can Binge too

The first 2 seasons were solid, very post The Shield/Rescue Me style montages and writing, the third is near unwatchable, in most episodes, and the 4th is solid, I really stopped for almost all intents and purpose after 2012, the last episode I saw was in September 2013, and it was unwatchable.

Kurt Sutter has no real temperment as a writer, he's all in everytime, and the show suffered continuously for it.

I would have dropped the show if it wasn't for how hilarious the thread was. It's also part of the reason why I stuck with Dexter all the way to the end.

I remember one guy threw me off the show saying it's unrealistic but everyone else, particularly women who love the show.

I also know how it ends

The premise seemed alright but by the 4th-5th episode you realize it’s just a black hole of frustratingly avoidable drama, glamorized meth heads, and weak shootouts over guitar riffs.

First 2 seasons are really good and not that crazy,season 3 was meh except for some goat final episodes,season 4 or 5 is when the fukkery starts and there's points where i'm like "there's no way this would ever happen" but the rest of the seasons still have moments of greatness.

Is "Justified" a Gangster drama too? Reading these posts made me realize I shouldn't have even wasted my time with that SoA Mayans spinoff & should've just got into "Justified" instead.

The first 4 seasons of SoA are definitely worth watching. The show starts to fall off in season 5 & is trash by the final season. If you're interested in SoA, you should also consider watching FX's "The Shield".
