It's entertaining.
It has a bunch of great moments and the story is interesting albeit, completely unrealistic especially considering the amount of general illegal activity they do, and gun fights in broad day yet the police are never an issue.
The characters a pretty cool though. The special effects or lack thereof is hilarious. Gun shot wounds look like they were drawn on in post.
