NYC (but PGH will forever be home)
For real, no homo?

RG3 is an ugly man. Uglier than Peyton's goofy ass. The face of the league has to be someone who can bring in the 'vaulted' female fanbase with their looks or charm, or someone so talented that he is the undisputed champ.:yeshrug:

EJ, Cam, Colin, and all the other black QB's have a much better opportunity to be the face- Unless RG3 balls out, which is a shaky proposition at best.

I know he is, but how do you feel about that? Yes, No?
I know Tom and Peyton will always get mentioned, but they not referred to as TB or PM
Sportscenter didn't have daily updates on either of those players all summer long, all season long
There wasn't an hour long special on any other player, or there rehab. Not even Peytons neck surgery

RG3 is like the face of American Sports right now. Its between Him and Lebron
Lebron only has him beat because basketball is more of a worldwide game than football is
But in America? I haven't seen anything on Bron really since "The Decision"

Is RG3 really that dude?

Skip Bayless hyped him up and Stephen A had a love for DC being chocolate city. First Take & typical delusional redskins fans propped him up.

No, he delivered and won rookie of the year and was a candidate for mvp. You can't delusion your way to a division title unless you're the Dallas cowboys

Ole gimmick offense man wasn't built for the long haul.
:gucci: The man was rushed back from a catastrophic knee injury to play for a coach known for sabotaging his quarterbacks and then for a coach who so blatantly sabotaged him that the bucs players under schiano could relate. Man never had a chance after that knee injury.

RG3 played a real team in the Ravens and Nagta put that stank on it. Then he busted his whole knee in the playoffs. Then down the line he hurts his ankle with some awkward running.

He had a solid run as defenses had a hard time adjusting. But it was solved just like the 2007 Wildcat though the read option had a higher peak, imo.

He deserved rookie of the year for getting the job done. But he was definitely lacking skills that would be exposed in the pocket...which eventually happened. And RG3 campaigned for the pocket...but mike knew read option was best for him and RG3 wasn't trying to hear it.
