Is Popcorn the GOAT "healthy" snack?

I bought an month's worth of popcorn in bulk off of Amazon and I've slimmed down like crazy along with cutting back my fast food intake



Anyway popcorn I got is only a 100 calories per bag and I only eat one bag per day after dinner. Most snacks are a minimum 250 calories and that's not counting whatever else unhealthy nonsense is in em.



Yes we all know that Ice Cream is the GOAT snack overall but were talking healthy snacks here

but op, I'm with you. I love popcorn. I buy this industrial size bag from the store all the time, nice guilt free snack.
