It's one thing not knowing, although it might help to get to know someone before you have sex with them.
That said, when I'm reading posts about dudes sexing girls in the 9th or 10th grade, there's no mistakes there. When I hear about the dudes having sex with the neighborhood girl who they know is underage, there's no mistake there. R Kelly knew his victims were all under the age of 18 (and in many cases, 16), there's no mistake there. When we're talking about teachers having sex with students, there's no mistake there.
There are much more cases of people knowingly having sex with children than not knowing.

13 is definitely old enough to be sexually attractive. I'll admit, at that point, there's actually nothing that can stop her from being thought of as attractive by any age group. but any guy who is trying that knowing the age has issues deeper than getting his dikk wet which is the problem.
