A 15 year old boy being taken advantage of by a 29 year old woman is not going to have the same type of lingering effect if it were a 29 year old man and 15 year old girl...

I don't care what a 13 year old wears, there's no reason for a grown man to have sex with a 13 year old. There are plenty of grown women who mentally act like children, so if you have sex with a minor its your choice. Its really hard to get tricked into screwing a minor. Because you can just ask for a school id or ask someone to verify their age.
