The Mooney twins have a Black mom.
Paul Mooney married a white woman in the 90s, the chick from Point Break.
Mooney does have very effeminate mannerisms, and has been called on it publicly from fellow comedians.
Most recently, Earthquake aired him out at the John Witherspoon roast. Comedians go in(pause) on each other ruthlessly in roasts, so I was surprised to see Mooney's reaction after he got back on the mic. Instead of going back at Quake, Mooney got visibly mad.
