there is nothing wrong with marrying a girl of any age as long as you can provide for her, she agrees to it, you have her parents permission, and your intentions are pure. In today's society a 9 year old can be a lesbian and have a girlfriend and have intercourse with her lesbian girlfriend and that's okay but heaven forbid she marry a righteous man. Plus not everything in the hadith can be proven fact, so we have the right to have estimated guesses as to which ones may be fabricated by comparing them to the man's other actions.
