Food can be an addictive substance to many and they just can't get off of it I know. I've lost 100 lbs in my life I always been a big dude. Fat people should be treated like drug addicts and alcoholics. Whatever emotional and mental problems you have that you are self medicating with food, that's what needs to be addressed.
