The original one for Xbox was maybe the best game I've ever played. Hard as fukk but amazing.

The ketchup fountains of blood for ng2 were revolutionary. Sad this vita version just has some light streams and splatter. At least the kept the dismemberment.

Houston to LA like I'm Robert Horry.
The action wasnt better though.

A lot of that I believe is because the game was relatively easy. The game had a ridulous amount of weapons and combos for those weapons it just wasn't necessary to use them :manny:. I have more fun replaying NG2, but I felt Bayonetta was more polished, would have been a better game if they made it harder. I cruised on the hardest difficulty. :bryan:

Well being able to stop time, kinda makes it easy. I didnt like how floaty bayonetta was with the jumping. She was a little TOO light on her feet. I enjoyed the game thoroughly but NG2 is the goat mechanically, fighting wise, weapon and actin wise on hard difficulties. Rocket launchers, ninjas with nade nippons, soldiers with guns and swords, mechs, demons. Highly aggressive bosses. Theres nothin like it.

I really wish they left the gore in for Sigma 2. :smh: @ purple mist coming out of a ninja's body after you decapitate him.

:ld:

NG2 is my favorite action title, but I'm feeling MGR more at the moment. After I get this Platinum for it, I'll come back and address this. I'm currently running through Very Hard right now fresh without any thing carried over from my Hard play through and it's holding it's own difficulty wise with NG2.

NG2's weapon selection and moveset >>>>>>>>>>>>> anything though

I just docked points because of the awful slowdown at certain points in the game. But I loved that game.
I think thats why they removed the blood from the PS3 version

Yes and no. The slowdown was only in one part of the game on xbox.
Wasn't a problem thruout the game

The ps3, espeically at the time that game came out was still a choir to develop for. So there is no way they would of had all that up and running on ps3 so it had to go. Or the issue would of been much worse.
I read this back then, so now you know. I'm sure if the same team worked on the games today neither would have slowdown :hula:

The 360 couldn't handle the shyt either.

You're lying about it not being present throughout the entire game. Once there were a lot of explosions going on, the framerate dipped a bit.

Sigma 2 could have still had blood in stead of mist, the thing that caused the framerate problems were the bodies/limbs not disappearing on the Xbox version quick enough. Sigma 2 should have just sped that process up but left the blood in there.
