I remember the last snowstorm we had, nikkas kept the city running, but didn't mobilize in time and there were BX15 busses literally stuck on 3rd ave..

Now they prepare properly and shut the city down

Christmas 13 a little before that, there was nothing but ICE, pure ice storm. They ain't shut shyt down. It was worse than this because one slip and you're fukked (where I live is HILLY). The Bx9 around my way couldn't get up the hill. I tried to scan the side so I can see when it was coming but touching the map was like stained glass.

Remember the strike in 05 and they said "man the city has NEVER shut down subway /bus service in decades?"

Now they shut it down every time we get more than an inch of rain.

@ Central Park only getting 5.5 inches. Shiiiiittt Bridgeport didn't even get 2 inches and they shut the whole state down.
