Is Monday Night RAW 2021 just as bad as WCW Thunder?

I feel like Raw is just dull and terribly uninteresting while Thunder was a downright unwatchable disgrace

Not even close! Raw's badness is greatly exaggerated. People hate it because it's too long, as well as being vanilla and mediocre. It reminds me of the 2010's trend of hating Nickelback.

It's not awful enough that gives forum posters enough comedic gold, but it's not good enough for everyone to get positive buzz.

That was the height of the PG change, but you definitely have to include 2010. The 08-10 era that included the Guest Host and Million Dollar Giveaway stuff was early 1990s cringe.

Raw is supposedly WWE trying to be entertaining but coming off as boring tripe.
