Is Michael Jackson the most conscious/pro-black MAINSTREAM artist we've ever had?

This is probably the first time Ancient Egypt was represented as a black empire in mainstream media. I know we got a lot of c00ns and cacs pretending to be black on here always trying to take shots at MJ. But regardless of what anyone says, no other MAINSTREAM black artist went more out of his way to spread a pro-black message in his music than Mike.

Rest in Peace to the GOAT Michael Jackson.

:skip:is this meant to be a joke

:what: How could you think I'm joking?

Don't get fooled by the vitiligo like an idiot. Name me another mainstream black artist that had videos like REMEMBER THE TIMES, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US, BLACK OR WHITE, WE ARE THE WORLD? Maybe Pac? But that's about it.

Mike was putting in work back in the day making conscious pro-black music. Probably the only major artist to have his level of commercial success while also being conscious.

Not famous enough. I should have made this more specific. I was thinking more about major mainstream cross-over artists. Rihanna, Beyonce, Jay-Z, etc. I'm not talking about artists that just black people or a few select white people know. I'm talking about artists that EVERYONE knows. Black, White, Other. Young, Old.

Public Enemy wasn't mainstream from 1989-'92? Interesting
