Jack Del Rio claims team knew Chargers plays during game
The Oakland Raiders lost at home to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, which would be difficult to digest in its own right. But according to Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio, his team knew what the Chargers were running before they even snapped the ball at times, and yet they still were unable to come out with a win.
“They ran exactly the plays that we know they run, including the tight end, I mean, literally calling out the play on that,” said Del Rio, per Raiders Beat. “The guys that are responsible for it got to make the play. It’s unfortunate. We let the back get out a little bit, let the tight end get out a little bit. In most cases it was stuff we prepared for.”
