You know what, after thinking about it what Gruden and the Raiders are doing is smart.

Most coaches have to show something by year 3 or it's so they can't afford to make any drastic moves to get young cheap players but he's got a ten year deal he isn't getting the boot anytime soon. So he bout to free up cap and get young talent (even tho he sucks at drafting) and mold it into what he wants cause he has time to.
