The dropped catch on 4th and 1 against the Broncos.

Yes, we need a pass rush BADLY...but the LB's and DB's look waaaay better than last year.
Gruden didnt sign Carr to 25 million. Carr is a poor man's Stafford. Lets see what Gruden can turn him into.
