Did you watch BvS?
This idiot takes that spear that can kill Superman and tosses it in some random lake then later she realizes they need it so she goes back to get it and almost drowns herself. Superman has to literally take an intermission for the final fight to go save her and get the spear. She's a walking accident. He has to always be aware of what she's doing because at any moment she could get herself killed. Superman has ingrained a built in life alert system to hear her screams and breathing from everywhere so he can rush to her side and save her from her own stupidity.
Felicity is the worst. Lois since the dawn of her character always been used as a classic plot device for Superman. But at LEAST she gets more of a pass for the spear thing. For starters she tossed it because she didn't want it to be just laying around afterwards. What SENSE did it make to carry around a spear that nearly killed Superman or give it back to the person who nearly KILLED Superman, regardless of the fact he didn't for that moment. So that makes since. It makes sense as well once she sees Doomsday and deducing that spear can be used to kill it....
The only thing I didn't like is her nearly drowning. That is the plot device to force Superman while going head to head against Doomsday to stop abruptly. But even with that, that's more of disliking Superman for simpin' over Lois and twice it was used to Luthor's advantage. It is the ONE TIME where Johnathan Kent was right in saying just let her die. Which also sorta crazy because in Superman's hallucination, Johnathan Kent speaks of the opposite to where Superman reiterates to Lois after they got the spear.
Point blank, Lois shouldn't even BE THERE. But I won't criticize her actions rather than the convenient circumstances of the building crumbling due to the battle and Superman's on some shyt for her, nearly drowning his damn self trying to get the spear.
I rather it be Batman going back to get the spear while Superman and Wonder Woman still battling. It made more sense, especially there's nothing much Batman could do in fighting Doomsday himself and would of known where to look and won't get himself drowned by doing it.
