I'm talking about when he retired the 2nd time.
Ah...maybe, I never heard that...I always thought it was just old age.

Nope...he's the GM...which means i get to sh!t on him for choking and bad personnel moves when the coddlers start blaming the supporting cast![]()
Even then tho, Shaq personally demanded to be traded. Kobe had the most power obviously but if Shaq was open to negotiate a pay cut for his extension, it coulda worked. It was more he didnt trust Mitch after they didn't bring Phil back and Mitch mentioning in interviews that moving shaq was an option he was open to, kind of sped up the process. After listening to that new Delonte West interview one thing really stuck out besides him basically admitting to smashing Gloria. Dude said LeBron asked him if he wanted to become a Cav and made it happen. Has there ever been a player who had as much power in an organization as LeBron has in Cleveland?
Dude is about to get a 1st overall pick traded, actually he's about to get two 1st overall picks traded because of who he wants to play with. I don't think that has ever been done before. Teams don't trade their 1st overall picks under any circumstance yet LeBron wants it so he's about to get it.
And before any Laker fanboys come in here and say Kobe had Shaq traded that was the only power move Kobe ever pulled and it was only because he could've left and it was either him or Shaq and Shaq was older so he had to go. Wiggins is 10 years younger than LeBron is.
Plus LeBron has the power to get guys like Mike Miller and James Jones contracts. Dude is basically the GM there, has there ever been a nikka that had this much pull in an organization?
So you gonna give him all the credit if shyt does work out?![]()
Ehh...yeah that's gonna happen anyway...he won with a super team in MIA that everybody thought would be a dynasty and he got treated like Rudy and Rocky and sh!t...he wins in cleveland and it's gonna get treated like the greatest athletic acheivement in modern times
I asked about you though. The post I quoted didn't make any mention of what was gonna happen anyway or how others would treat him.
I'm talking about as far as cats currently in the league.Steph is nice butat him being on the level of Bron, Kobe, Mike, or Shaq.

He came back to play for the Wizards so it wasn't old age.Ah...maybe, I never heard that...I always thought it was just old age.
Yeah of course, gave him his credit for the chips in MIA...what else could I do, say the championship doesn't count?
I thought you meant when he retired from the Wizards?...I totally forgot he left after the 2nd 3 peat.He came back to play for the Wizards so it wasn't old age.
I said LeBron and KD are in a league of their own as far as stature. Curry is in that next tier which surprised me that he didn't have enough power to keep a winning coach that players loved employed.Okay but he's not on Bron's level thusly any comparison is pointless. You didn't limit the question to today's league and even in today's league there are other guys on the power scale between Bron and Steph.
