He is a walking empire. Its kinda important. His actions can literally lead to billions leaving the black community overnight. He is not some avg 18year old going to prom.
Id compare it to how brittish people are so invested in the life of somebody like Prince Harry because of what he represents or how this same board was invested in what the Obama daughters did with themselves

Breh, LeBron himself does not control "billions", much less his son, and how much of that money could be said to be within the "black community" is debatable. When Bron bought his $50 million mansion in Beverly Hills, did that money go to the Black community? Unless you expect his children to sell off their assets in order to directly invest in Black uplift, will it really matter whether his grandkids are dark-skinned or light-skinned?
The one point I agree with is that it is just as stupid as being invested in the life of Prince Henry.

I just looked up Sierra Canyon demographics and only 6.6% of the students are black. Chop that in half to separate gender, and you’re looking at 3.3% of girls in the school to choose from.
But wait, there’s more…. Sierra Canyon is K-12, so now you have to remove every black girl that’s K-10 from the equation. Bronny probably only had like 8 black girls to choose from. And we don’t know their personalities, their looks or if they’re swirlers.
If Kelly Rowland’s, Sanaa Lathan’s, Nia Long’s, Bianca Lawson’s, Ashley Banks, Lisa Turtle’s and Kerry Washington’s grew on tress, there would be no excuse for PAWGing. But that’s not the case.
