Is Kawhi Leonard right now better than peak LeBron ever was?

Is he?

Stop it, never to an inferior team and as the overwhelming, consensus favorite. Don't even try it lol...
This not true at all. The Cavs were 100% expected to make the finals in 2009 and 2010. Now what you can say is Bron still put up big numbers.

The exchange I responded to, was this:

•LeBron wouldn't give up a 3-1 lead

•response was, well, he just gets dusted in 4 or 5 games

To which my response was, he's never lost in 4 or 5 games as the overwhelming favorite; besides the fact that he's never lost a 3-1 lead, and plays magnificently in elmination games...

My point wasn't that Bron never lost any series as a favorite...

Your reply was very precise, the guy you’re quoting is an illiterate moron. LeBron lost those 2 series in 6 games and was only up 2-1 in 2010 and 2011. Your post still accounts for that.

Hell no. Now I like Kawhi (Top 5 for me personally) but after him winning the Chip in Toronto the media and fans included hyped him into this basketball “Messiah” even going as far as saying he's better than Jordan :mjlol:

LeBron's peek season(s) were definitely better than Kawhi's peek which imo was last year.

Crazy how this narrative was built for Kawhi off one season, while Lebron is penalized for 8 straight Finals because he didn’t win them all. At some point nikkas gonna stop disrespecting what that man has done.

One run, g. One run. And people were pressing to throw him in or above Jordan, Kobe, KD, Bird....shyt was amazing...

LeBron is in his 11th conference finals with his fifth coach. The mental toughness and focus required to do what he's done will be appreciated when he's gone and you can look at what he accomplished relative to peers like Kawhi...
