Jerry the GM has actually been elite. Jerry the owner has been the problem
Without looking I’d guess he’s drafted as many if not more HOFers than any GM. Just in the 00s not even counting the obvious 90s stuff. Tyron smith, ware, parsons, Lamb, Zack Martin, Jason Witten. Sustained above average QB play across 20+ years which is kinda unheard of. Drafted franchise cornerstones outside the top 10 when teams INSIDE the top 10 can barely do it.
It’s the owner side and meddling and lack of spending that’s been the issue. Thats if we’re actually taking football and not narratives and first take type discussion
