All i know is the fattest person in our group at work is our down right best engineer here. Dudes a software develloper with decades of experience and sometimes me and my colleagues will spend a week trying to figure something out and that fat fukka will show up, figure it out and fix it in less than an hour.

  • Is he Lazy? NO
  • Is he fat? I could use one of his pants leg as a sleeping bag and I'm a big guy myself (5'10 240 lbs)

One thing he is though is super arrogant which is why i dont like him but If i ran this company/dept I'd hire him and clone the b*stard.

Interviewing maintenance men and women today for the new position, and i ain't giving the fat muthafukkas a chance:pachaha:

When i see these people i automatically think lazy as fukk. Everyone is pretty much has the same work experience, so you gotta weed then out somehow:yeshrug:

Either way discrimination is discrimination breh.

If the man has the required experience then he should have a shot at landing the job. If he does beat out other candidates then give it to him. Then hif he starts getting lazy then and only then FIRE him.

In my management day i hired some people that worked out great but i also had some that were a disaster hires. However once you do realize your mistake you have to start taking steps to correct it and if that eventually leads to firing them then thats what it has to be.
