The pit bull scene was straight up :duck:

and the scene where he threw away the weed :duck:

and the scene on the train where they danced and the white girl was :duck:

Movie would have hit harder if the director didn't add in so many :duck:

Obviously some parts were :duck:

The director had to put those scenes so the viewers could feel something for Oscar

Didnt watch but I wont be surprised if they made up a bunch of shyt for the movie, they do it all the time.

I dont take any movie that is supposed to be based off a true story serious.

Hell I just learned that movie The Butler was mostly all made up nonsense.

When I found out about that stuff it killed a lot of my interest in the movie. I don't mind changes that make things easier to be fictionalized, but I hate it when they make changes that forcibly try to change your perception of the truth.

When I found out afterwards that most of The Butler was fictionalized, I was like :beli: at first too. I did end up accepting it in that movie because they changed all of the characters' names (save for the presidents of course) and saw that Daniels has actually been very open about the movie only being loosely based on reality, the true story more being the basis for a fictional story than the story itself.
