Sushi is a hard one
I've been to many Sushi places that would make me say meh to sushi
But there are a few select places, where it's just fukking awesomeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!
The issue is most people who eat Sushi, the majority ain't wanna pay the price for good sushi.

But good expensive Sushi is on another level.
I prefer the crunchy Sushis, I enjoy the process as well. The chopsticks, putting some wasabi on them, dipping them in soya then eating it and after eat a strip of ginger.
